•  A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations.

•  Payment is due at check-in unless otherwise stated.

•  We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

•  Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

•  Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

•  Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay plus taxes.

•  Group reservations (3 or more rooms) may have separate cancellation terms.

•  Only registered guests are permitted in rooms.

•  Maximum occupancy is based on room type (Deluxe Single or Deluxe Double).

•  Children are welcome; cribs are available upon request.

•  No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside all guest rooms and the Tiále Tiny Home. Designated outdoor areas are provided.

•  No Pets: Pets are not permitted, except ADA service animals.

•  Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

•  No Parties: Gatherings that disturb other guests are not allowed.

•  Keys must be returned at check-out.

•  A fee will apply for lost or unreturned keys.

•  Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms, furnishings, or property during their stay.

•  The Inn reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for repair or replacement costs.

•  Items left behind will be kept for 30 days. After that, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.

•  Shipping of found items is at the guest’s expense.

•  Firearms and weapons are not permitted on the property.

•  For the safety of all guests, surveillance cameras may be in use in public areas.

•  The Inn is not responsible for interruptions to your stay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies.

•  We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
